Navy Prt Calculator
Result
Compare three fitness measurements with thresholds you supply; NOT an official Navy PRT scoring or eligibility decision.
Formula
- Supply your own 1.5-mile run-time maximum, minimum push-up count, and minimum third-component score alongside measured results. Each component is a yes/no comparison, and the overall result passes only when all three supplied thresholds are met. The calculator does not select official U.S. Navy PRT tables, age/sex brackets, test-year policies, scoring categories, waivers or approved event substitutions. Thresholds must be verified independently and positive times/counts used. “Pass supplied standards” is not official service certification.
- The main inputs are 1.5-mile run time, Maximum allowed run time, Push-ups, Required push-ups, Sit-ups/plank score, Required sit-ups/plank score. Enter them in the units and format shown in the calculator.
- Use the measurement units shown beside each field. The result is an estimate and should be interpreted in context.
- Changing any input above recalculates the result with the same calculation engine used by this page.
Example: Navy Prt
- 1.5-mile run time: 12 min
- Maximum allowed run time: 15 min
- Push-ups: 40
- Required push-ups: 30
- Sit-ups/plank score: 50
- Required sit-ups/plank score: 40
Using 1.5-mile run time (min) = 12, Maximum allowed run time (min) = 15, Push-ups = 40, Required push-ups = 30, Sit-ups/plank score = 50, Required sit-ups/plank score = 40, the calculated result is Run pass: Yes | Push-up pass: Yes | Third component pass: Yes | Overall: Pass supplied standards.

Frequently asked questions
What does the Navy Prt calculate?
Compare three fitness measurements with thresholds you supply; NOT an official Navy PRT scoring or eligibility decision.
Which values should I enter?
Enter 1.5-mile run time, Maximum allowed run time, Push-ups, Required push-ups, Sit-ups/plank score, Required sit-ups/plank score using the units and format shown beside each field.
What formula does this calculator use?
The calculator uses the following relationship: User-supplied three-component threshold comparison only: Run pass if entered 1.5-mile run time <= entered maximum run time; push-up pass if entered push-ups >= entered required push-ups; third-component pass if entered third-component score >= entered required third-component score. Overall passes the SUPPLIED THRESHOLDS only if all three comparisons pass. The motor does not load or validate U.S. Navy Physical Readiness Test standards, scoring tables, eligibility, age/sex group, official measurement protocols, cycle year, waiver rules or policy changes. Do not interpret this calculator result as an official Navy PRT pass/fail determination. Enter compatible positive values in consistent units..
Why might my result differ from another source?
Results can differ because measurement methods, rounding and assumptions vary. This calculator is an estimate and is not a medical diagnosis.
Does the result update automatically?
Yes. Changing an input updates the result using the same calculation engine shown on this page.
